Looking for Vestibular specialist in San Antonio, TX or Houston, TX

Does anyone know of a provider in the San Antonio or Houston, TX area that specializes in Vestibular issues?

Ear medical group. Doctors are good. Staff is awful. Syms is my doctor. They'll run every test in the book on you and you'll see a PA most of the time. But they diagnosed my Schwannoma very fast.

Dr Vrabec, Houston Methodist is top drawer. He has been operating AN for many years. All business, to the point.
