Delayed Hearing Loss?

Hello everyone,first time posting here but have been a lurker for a while now, I had my surgery to remove my 3.8 cm AN/VS a month ago , and overall I'd say it was successful,they said they removed 85% to 90% of it and left the rest to avoid facial nerve injury, my symptoms post-op are mild tinnitus and AN Side jaw pain, pre surgery they determined that I had no hearing in my affected ear ,but post surgery the hearing has considerably improved,though i havent had an ABR to prove it,but I am still very glad for it, but fast forward till today , I feel like my tinnitus has increased  to almost presurgery levels and my hearing has becomes lesser, so I'm wondering , could the hearing loss possibly have been delayed 4 weeks after surgery?
