BCBS HMO in DFW metroplex - What surgeon did you opt for covered by this?

All,

In and 'Watch and Wait' status at the moment.  AN measures 4 x 16 x 4mm at this point in time.  Hearing and balance are perfect at moment but tumor as seen in last 3 MRI's is growing at about 1mm per year.  Just recently had Cobra BCBS PPO Health come to an end and now am trying to find a qualified surgeon that will accept BCBS HMO.  Unfortunately, Dr. Brandon Isaacson whom I had been seeing for last few years has now pretty much disappeared with the advent of PPO going away for me.  Any recommendations would be hugely appreciated.
