anyone experience this?

Not sure of this is acoustic neuroma related, but sometimes it feels like my eye on the affected side sticks together. It just started today, and my doctors office is already closed. Ill call them on Monday. Did any have a similar sensation? It feels like there is a small dab of glue between my top and bottom eye lids about once every few blinks.
