Hey all!I find this forum so helpful in time of need.I wish I could contribute more.I am writing now because I am in W/W and stable for 6 years. My AN is probably @ LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.My MRI shows some areas of central necrosis has anyone ever heard of that?I never had treatment and would you have treatment in this stage?

If your tumor is not growing and your symptoms are not getting worse, there would not be any need for active treatment. 6 years of stability (and an AN for at least 18 years) sounds like it's grown as much as it will.
