This may sound odd but it really does help the symptoms subside: laugh out loud. Start with 30 secs, work up to 3 minutes. Say 3 sets each of: HA HA HA , HEE HEE HEE, HI HI HI, HO HO HO, HU HU HU. Repeat multiple times per day. This will help increase the production of the "feel good" chemicals, dopamine and serotonin in your brain. You will better cope with your situation. Also, if you are spiritual, offer up your suffering, it helps tremendously. Good Luck!
