I know this article has been posted a few times on a few different threads, but I thought I would post it here again. I really appreciated Carol's philosophy about watch and wait. I also like how she was able to live for ten years without post-treatment effects by waiting for her treatment.

Thank you so much for posting this article.  It does sound vaguely familiar but worth my printing it out and keeping it handy as it echoes so many of my feelings as an almost 15 year wait and watcher.

9th cranial nerve schwannoma - like an acoustic neuroma on another nerve. Have recently been told it could be acoustic neuroma. Only 7 mm of growth in 18 years. With no symptoms. Continuing W&W
