Hi everyone!  Just an update--My PCP also ordered X-rays of my neck and they came out normal..So he suggested  I apply heat to the back of my head with a microwaveable neck wrap..and I may do massage if that does not work..But light-headedness has gone pretty much and my vertigo comes and goes so guess these things I will have to live with .  I have figured out which positions can trigger the vertigo so I move slow and it's not as bad as a year ago. My PCP said that damage to the balance system could cause chronic imbalance (and vertigo issues..)

So all in all I am okay with the tests and explanations I have gotten.

Could be a lot worse..So I am thankful.. It's all pretty benign!
