Glasses for dry eye - fogging

Anyone else have any experience with using glasses for dry eye? I have been wearing the Wiley X "AirRage" glasses for about 2 weeks now, and they are definitely better than the eye chamber! They are not quite as protective as the eye chamber, but are aesthetically much more "normal" looking. The main issue I am having with them is they are fogging up on me. I tried a couple of commercial defoggers, but to no avail.
