Anyone have experience with Dr. Lee (MEEI) and Dr. Barker (MGH)?

I was just informed by Dr. Lee that I will need to schedule AN surgery between 3-6 months from now.  I have an appointment with Dr. Barker on July 16th where surgical timing decisions will be made at that time.  My AN is 1.4cm (don't remember dimensions) and has grown from my original MRI two years ago. 

Question:  Has anyone had experience with Dr. Lee as a surgeon?  Many people have mentioned the McKenna/Barker team, but few have mentioned Lee.
