I just googled "headache journal template" and found quite a few blank journals which you can download for free!!!!  Just fill in the blanks and you have a great tool for when, not if, you go in to see a headache or pain management specialist.

Maureen my nurse practitioner asked me on Tuesday to keep a headache journal.   This comes in the midst of time.

I just found one below that one and it is an App for the iPhone, iPod touch etc.
How convenient can it get!?!??!?
