Congratulations on the great news, DHM. I wouldn't worry much about the para-nasal sinus disease, especially if you are middle age or older. This may just be a thickening of the sinus membranes, which happens to many of us as we grow older. In any case, it should be a lot easier to treat (if that's even necessary or possible) than an AN!
