Dinner and therapeutic wine.
those pesky lines in the forehead and around the mouth
I'm so jealous that you have snow.
The view out her window is great. A park with two baseball diamonds below, then the Charles river with tour boats going under the Salt-and-Pepper bridge. A perfect sunny day!

Hi all,Dave,
Nancy wants to know about the bandage on her head. It's tied really tight and keeps creeping down over one eye, so it's a real source of irritation. The nurse seems to think it will need to stay on for 5 or 6 days. Any similar experiences, anyone?

Constipation - did someone say magnesium chelate?
Dr. McKenna said that no one ever feels BETTER after AN surgery, but I sure do. Relief? Steroids? Spring? Je ne sais quoi!My vote is:
Just back from lunch with Dave's teenagers and showed them the scar. Trying to get as much exposure as possible! They were delighted with the workmanship but a little shocked, I do believe, at least the girl. But they're off to a heavy metal concert in Boston, so I can only imagine what they'll see there.
Could we please get the scar onto the previous page ASAP?
Just curious about the new life ahead.Nancy,
Is the hole large enough that it can't stand direct contact?
I decided actually in hospital, while the room was spinning and I was throwing up, that I might not drink any more.
why would anyone bring this feeling on themselves!
JB, When you get back to the UK, could you please ring up my son at uni?

Ya no worries, I should be back on the juice by then - I'll teach him to drink like a Tasmanian!!! Ha ha ha ha! Poor wee boy.
Sleep: Finally slept all night for the first time in two weeks after an evening out at the pub session. Thanks go to Sir Guinness and Lord Bailey.
Driving: Seems fine except for minor change in AN side peripheral vision. No head turning issues.
Face: Well, there's only one word that suits, and Phyl would have her way with that before I could even post it.
Take everything at face value. What you give me is what I receive and respond to. Except if you say nice things, I might not believe you and even think you are being unkind to lie.
Fat graft incision is all overhanging, blobby and nasty red scar. I try to avoid looking at it. I'll get a photo of head scar soon.
Happy Earth Day! Do something nice for your other mother today!
in case you're in need of a laugh
