Title: Visit to the dentist
Post by: saralynn143 on October 21, 2008, 04:22:51 pm
I had an appointment today for a twice-yearly cleaning. I was a little afraid going in that I would not be able to open my mouth wide enough, but fortunately all went well. Except that being tilted back so far made it impossible to close my left eye . . . gravity was working the wrong way on that platinum bar.

Glad you were able to have success opening your mouth, Sara!  I go to the dentist 3 times a year since my right side doesn't function at all, but they have never tipped me back so far that the weight worked against me!!  What exactly does your cleaning entail??   ???

It was just scaling and polishing. But the chair was tilted just beyond horizontal, so my head was slightly below my body.
