Title: minimally invasive surgery

anyone out there experienced this type of surgery lately?

Not sure what you mean here, are you talking about surgery for AN's or any surgery?  I'm pretty sure "minimally invasive" surgery doesn't exist due to the location of the AN.  Not sure if this helps you or not.

I haven't experienced it but I'm aware that endoscopic surgery is being used on a very limited basis to address acoustic neuromas.  It is not readily available because it is considered unproven and a bit risky by most surgeons.  That may change if it shows success, and I hope it does.
