Title: Dr. Jay Rubinstein?

Has anyone has AN surgery and ABI placement done by Dr. Jay Rubenstein
at UW in Seattle? I just discovered (with a bit more than a week to go
before surgery) that Dr. Brackmann is no longer contracted with Beech
Street. So I am scrambling for other options. ???

I know that Dr Rubenstein was at the Univ of Iowa prior to going to UW which does AN's on a regular basis.    I think he was leaving around the time I was just getting started with this whole AN business in 2001.    His bio was on U of I website for a time I recall.               I know that isn't a whole lot of help but he has been involved for a time with AN's anyway.     I do remember someone else mentioning him at one time here.
