hi all. the other day my mom asked me if i had taken a medical release from my gym after my AN surgery. i'm sure that was the last thing on my mind! but, i did take 6 weeks off from working out and my gym offers medical time-outs. i called dr. brackmann's office on monday and yesterday (friday) received a letter from him saying i was unable to participate for 6 weeks post-op and my gym will retro the medical time out.
so for those who have already had their surgeries, you might wanna call your surgeon. or for those who are scheduled, see if you can get a script from the doc at the tos.
