Title: doctors in the Washington DC/Baltimore area

A friend was just diagnosed with AN and was referred to a local ENT/neurotologist. He operates at Suburban, Fairfax and Georgetown University Hospital.   How many surgeries does a physician have to do to be considered esperienced.  Does anyone know who is considered the best in this geographic area?  How many procedures have they done?  Any info on JHU in baltimore?
