My Premera Blue Cross Heritage Plus 1 came through!
I post an explanation on my original thread where I first got Dx with a left AN and was researching SBI.

One of two in the states that openly market their endoscopic technique of removing brain tumors. The other is Dr. Jho whom nobody I believe has posted about yet. You can tell by the posts in my original thread that I was very anxious about getting the thing out and was interviewing everybody on the endoscopic approach. Thumbs up for Chopper and Eronbaum!,who had theirs taken out there and spoke highly of the process.
