I wrote to them and this response:
Currently we are to the point where the drugs from Vivace are effective both in vitro and in the mouse model. I’m a biologist and not a clinician, so I cannot really comment on their use either pre- or post-radiotherapy. A drug from the same class of compounds is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for mesothelioma (another NF2-nul tumour).

This will report in Feb 2024.

My understanding is that if the Phase 1 trial goes well, they will commence with recruiting for trials for schwannoma.
