Title: doctors in louisville/lexington, KY--Cincinnati--Indianapolis.

Hi, I"m a new member, newly diagnosed, living in Louisville, KY. The most recent post about doctors in the area is from 2014! Does anyone have more recent recommendations for ANA doctors close to me.  Thanks, Kerk

I just want to take a quick moment to say welcome. We're sorry to hear that you're in our shoes but glad that you found us. Please do a search for Cincinnati and Louisville on the search options at the top of the forum home page. I believe there was a lot of information, if memory serves me right, for AN treating physicians in Cincinnati. Again, welcome. Phyllis

Thank you, kerkfisher, for making your first post on the ANA forums! 

I used to live in Lexington and traveled often to Louisville several years ago.

But Cincinatti has some great specialists for acoustic neuromas.  And Cincinatti has an active ANA virtual support group which I have attended once.  They would know far better than I do on the options in your area.  You might want to ask them for suggestions.

Cincinnati has Dr Ravi Samy.  I can not remember exactly where he is.  He was a Fellow at Univ of Iowa in Nov 2001 when I had my first AN removed.  I know he has went on to do very very well.    Even met him when the ANA was doing symposiums every other year when one was at Cincinnati.       So another one to check out.
