Title: Inflammation
Post by: A.N. Andrews on July 14, 2021, 05:42:38 am
Recent research provides evidence for inflammation as a key process in the progression of AN/VS (https://academic.oup.com/noa/article/2/1/vdaa023/5760813).

My own experience (anecdotal evidence) suggests that my symptoms (tinnitus, fullness in ear canal, fatigue, vertigo, double vision, eye dryness, headaches etc) significantly reduced after acting on the results of an allergy test (mainly giving up peanut butter, which I had been eating almost daily!).

While the fatigue could have been caused directly by my allergies, I wonder if the reduction in general inflammation associated with avoiding allergens had an impact on my other AN/VS symptoms?

Has anyone here had a similar experience?

Thanks for posting this link.  Interesting information; I've bookmarked so I can continue to read after my eyes rest a bit.

I have read a few articles on this. Thank you so much! I work on inflammation every day in various ways.

Hi I have inflammation. Also I suffer terribly with vertigo symptoms, fatigue and double vision. I do find the symptoms subside when I take an Allegra D.
