I am 2 months out. I still feel 'off' with the balance. I am doing various exercises, and it helps some, but I wouldn't say I feel 'normal' by a long shot.

I am almost 4 months post op and still have balance issues. It seems to get better if I am more mobile and doing things. But it is also affected by how tired I am and how much I push myself. I try not to overdo it on a daily basis but some days just walking down the hall to the bathroom makes me dizzy. I usually try to go back to my vestibular exercises at that point and then rest. I hope it gets better for you.
