Has anyone had a frontotemporal craniotomy to remove your tumor? This approach was necessary to reach my trigeminal schwannoma and my surgeon was successful in getting the entire tumor (about 4cm). However, I am a little over a year post op and my lower jaw is displaced. My bottom jaw has sort of drifted back so it looks like I have a massive overbite. Has anyone dealt with this type of issue?
