Title: chiropractor , adjust neck
Post by: marvin65 on September 05, 2018, 02:39:09 pm
Hello, Just want to know if you had your neck adjusted by a chiropractor.  I woke up with soreneck on one side, usually from wrong sleeping position past night. I wonder if its safe. I have done it before surgery. but not sure after surgery if its ok. Im 10 months post op translab.

I had my surgery in 92, got rear ended several years later, had neck and back adjustments and was fine.  You might want to check with your doctor since your surgery is rather new.  Jill

I sometimes have neck stiffness from the limited sleep positions options right now 9 weeks out from translab. The idea of chiro came up briefly in my head and I quickly dropped it out of fear. I look forward to hearing what others say.
