Title: Surgeons in ATL area

My husband was diagnosed with an AN a little over a year ago. His doctor recommended a wait and watch approach but his latest MRI showed it has grown 2 mm since his diagnosis (it's now 14 mm). As he is mid-50s and already has hearing loss in that ear she is now recommending surgery (trans approach) this year to preserve his facial muscle control. Does anyone have experience with a surgeon in the Atlanta area? Any help/advice is appreciated!

This post is a year old, but I'm curious if you are still on the board and if your husband selected a doc?  I was diagnosed a few months ago and mine has now grown and I'm in the ATL metro as well.  Jennifer Tirino in Roswell.  I'm seeing her but also checking our Vanderbilt in Nashville and Mass Eye & Ear in Boston.

Hi, how was your experience with Jennifer Tirino in roswell. Did you proceed with her? could you please provide more in detail on Venderbuilt and Mass Eye and Ear.
