Title: Easily Seen on MRI?
Post by: Maven on October 19, 2017, 08:44:27 pm
My husband had an MRI and was diagnosed with AN by nuerologist. The radiologist however doesn't agree and says the neurologist is mistaking the basilar artery for AN. Just wondering if anyone else had anything like this happen.

Welcome to the forum Maven. If the alleged tumor is so small that it has to distinguish from the basilar artery, then it's academic. Small tumors are just observed. No action required, other than a follow up MRI in 6 months.

Are there any symptoms like unilateral hearing loss, dizziness, imbalance?
