Title: 3x3 AN.... july surgery ..... NEED all advice i can get.

Laberynthine surgery is best option due to size  if i knew how to attach picture i would show all my MRI 53 yr old healthy male, retired boxer.

I am terrified

any help is so appreciated. Having increased symptoms now.

How does one deal with this anxiety?

Hi Greg, yes it is very scary and the closer the surgery date the higher the anxiety. When is your surgery and where? For me I did a lot of praying, meditation type relaxation (music, outdoor scenery visuals, quiet moments where I just cleared my mind) etc.. I also worked out to help relieve tension - that was really good. Walking is another great source of relaxation for the mind and body. So basically I worked on controlling the fear. I also read fear verses from the Bible which helped me. Incidentally, the Bible has like almost 400 of them - one for every day   ;)
