:)started 30 day trail with walk-aide on 28 jun 12 and i can already see the difference in my stance, gait and positioning of my feet on an side. havrnt walked far yet because as i posted in another thread its 105 degrees here in nc. 85 degrees in the am, 90 degees at night but when heat wave is over can wait to go two or three miles to see results. wish me luck
