Title: After radiotherapy, will dizzyness go away?

I just got diagnosed a few days ago.  Lost hearing, dizzy all the time.  I need to work, and need to get there via driving.  But walking is challenging, and driving is also.  After radiotherapy, does the dizzyness go away?  Thank you in advanced.
