Title: AN supporters are the best!

Hi Everyone!
 I am now just a little over a year since my surgery.  Afterwards is when I found this board and found everyone so supportive and helpful!  Many times I found answers to my questions, and a shoulder to lean on when no one had the answers. This summer I have went through a horrendous backsurgery(my 4th), and find myself at home again, frequently having a"pit party" for myself.  I must say, that on most of the other boards(related to back, pain etc...) most of the post are too often negative, and I find myself feeling worse that I did!  So, please keep this board as psitive and helpful as it has always been!  I know I'm renewing my ANA dues today in support of ANA. Thanks luv2teach

renewing mine as well, when the time comes.  I totally agree and do also attest to the fact that ... I could not have researched my procedure... nor, endured it, if it weren't for everyone here.

*listens for group sounds of "awwwwwwwww!"*

Totally agree!   It's nice to know there is a place to "support" and "be supported", the people here are THE BEST !!

This board is my absolute lifeline, lifeboat, and lifejacket when I fall overboard into that deep pit of feeling all alone with the after-effects of having an AN!!!  It also makes me feel that my experience can benefit others who feel the same.
