Title: No headache today!

Today, October 31, 2010 is the first day I did not need to take pain meds for my post op headaches since my surgery 13 months ago. On new medication from my new neurologist plus Botox and it seems to be working. After starting new meds I went from two bad daily headaches down to one and today NONE. I hope this continues, but even if it doesn't, I now have faith that more pain free days are in my future ;D

Well the rainbow didn't last very long. I woke at 5:20 AM with a lovely headache. But at least I can see the pot of gold at the other end :)

Sorry for the relapse headache this morning.  However, it sounds like overall you are doing so much better on the new regimen.  That is terrific news.  Just knowing that should make today's headache shorter!

Spoke too soon on the headahe free day! But at least you know what they feel like!

Too bad you woke with a headache, but the idea is to have more headache free days and less headache days and it seems you are heading in the right direction  :)
If you don't mind me asking what is the medication you are currently taking?

Just a fellow headacher here looking for other treatments.
Take care and hopefully your headaches continue to diminish.

Wow....I hope you have more coming....pain free days are what we need....my head is spasing out today...wonky..bobblehead..pain in the back...hit w/ the baseball bat at the base of the skulll deal...
Nerve ablaision next week.....just dropped a plate...do you get the dropsies when your head hurts?
