For those looking for options for dealing with their SSD, the latest issue of ANA Notes has a great article on the cover page.
It's an excerpt of Dr. Robert Battista's speech @ the ANA Symposium (August 2009) titled "What is New in Hearing Restoration after Surgery?"
I'm a little partial to the author - a man near and dear to my heart ;) - but even if I didn't know him personally, I highly recommend the article to those investigating their options.
There is also a letter in the Mailbag (page 5) from Amy Pack, President of the ANA Executive Board about her experience with the BAHA that's worth checking out.
