Wow!!! 
That is an amazing picture!   We have hawks around that prey on our birds at our bird feeder but I have never seen one so up close.  That is a beautiful falcon and only 3months old.  Thank you for sharing.

wow is right!!!!!!!  So, there is a nest on that ledge? Any sightings of the mom?

yes the mom was around.I think she still is the fish n game came n moved the nest n tagged babies they moved it to the roof.From what i hear these birds are good pigeon patrol. ;)Maybe this one thinks my niece is mommy!he is acually looking into the break room where she works.

or maybe's he's supervising her work?
i was wondering how you knew he (she?) was 3 months old. guess it has to do with the tagging.

Great picture!
I used to work in Boston on the 18th floor of a building near City Hall plaza. The JFK building across the plaza had a pair nesting on it. One day while we were sitting eating lunch a flock of pigeons was flying by and suddenly one of them went "poof"....just feathers flying! I went over to the window and looked down to see the falcon pumping her wings frantically to regain altitude as she flew back across the plaza with the pigeon.
