Post by: tenai98 on April 30, 2009, 04:34:04 pm
Good news..everything looks good. He gave me drops for my itchy ear (an side) and polysporin to put on the insicion...althou the neurosurgeon leave it be...ENT said it wouldnt hurt..also said he has no idea why I'm having those jabbing pains..so he is going to try to move up my appt with the neurosurgeon who is on holidays til May 11...original appt for May 21....
Yarstick I have been keeping a journal pre op and post op...its whT my GP told me to do to have a documentation of the history of this AN..

Jo -

glad your ENT is happy with your recovery so far.

I used bacitracin on my incision post op.  My neurotologist recommended it.

Hope your neurosurgeon can shed some light on the jabbing pains.

Please keep us updated.

Yay for a good appointment!  I used neosporin on mine, I never asked anybody, just did it, I hope it works for you.  I hope they can figure out the jabbing pains for you.  Best wishes as you continue to recover.

Hi!  Sounds like you had a great appt. with the ENT!
Good luck with the neuro appt. to see about those pains.

All my best!
