Hope this has worked
www.cognitive-rehab.org.uk/EditedRecsBestPrac.pdf
On this link is a massive (58 page doc)
about best practice for brain recovery
Within the "best practice" there is alot about
the issues along the way - the methods, exercises etc etc
Interestingly it says extra effort rewards with improvement
even 3 years post OP (or trauma)
- So there is hope for us all ?
Best Regards
Tony

thanks for posting this link.
It's very encouraging that even 3 years post op improvements can be made.
This will be very helpful to many forumites. I'm glad you shared it with us.

Actually I think the word "forumite" is a very strange term, but I learned it on this forum.
I'm thinking perhaps from Phyl ??? ??? ???
Sorry, back to topic.

I have dug this one out again because I think the point was missed
Basically those here who have memory issues
- or mix up words either in speach, or written
Or even just get "Brain tired" etc
- may have some kind of rehab issue
The good news is - with the right mental exercise
programme- it will get better
Yes, there are good Hospitals etc
- But there is alot you can do at home for no cost
The A-Z offers guidence on the exercises
and all that you can do to get the head fired up again
For exemple I now ave know isshoos at all ?
Best Regards
