Imurray69,
You have to also research MRI's as well as dr's and hospitals. Every MRI machine is different in terms of their strength - picture quality is dependant on strength. Also, the more modern hospitals will have upgraded their sopftware as well which means less time in the machine itself.
I am sure that a search on Google will enable you to drill down into the MRI's available in your area and their age and strength. This is quite important and not such a widely known thing.

I allways use the same MRI machine. They are all different. Use the same machine for every MRI. It is good to get the right machine, I go to OSU hospital for mine. thecakes

thecakes is right. My doctor insisted I always use the same MRI machine, even though there are places that would be more convenient to me.

I think you need to go to a major city where there are doctors and equipment that is recommended (by posters here). Your health is too critical to not get the rigfht advice.
