You had a long surgery -how are you feeling?
-
I'm feeling so so right now. My face is still paralyzed on the left side and I can only blink about 25% and I still have trouble with the coordination in my left leg and arm/hand.

Tom, it was a real pleasure to chat with you today and I'm glad you're feeling better. I hope you continue with your recovery and get stronger and healthier each and every day. If you ever feel like chatting again, feel free to IM me at herbalkate on aol or aim.
Good luck.

Tom,
I am 8 months post-op. Facial paralysis, left side and also had problems with leg/arm/hand coordination on my left side. I had physical and occupational therapy. Which helped. I have trouble typing with my left hand. I put velcro on my key board to help my left hand know where it is. It is getting better, the more I use it the better everyrthing gets. Keep on trucking! Its a slow recovery process. But you can do it!! Denise

thank you so much for the encouragement

Since the blink is 25 %, it should return as the weakness heals in the nerves. Does the eye close all of the way for sleeping?
-
yes it does close all the way when i sleep
