Title: First CK treatment

Hi....
I made it through my first CK treatment... Thank you Phyl for your helpful words!!!!!!!! Only complaint was they didn't crank up the music enough.

well, Sher... it's the last day of CK.... so... did I win the bet? Huh? Did I? ;)

Congrats on finishing treatment.... now, remember those deep breath exercises and forge forward!  I'm feeling those fighting words and Postie-Land in now here for you! Congrats!

You're doing great... and honestly... I'm proud of ya!

BTW, last day with music... the CK team chose my last day's music... Frank Sinatra's "My Way"... and I sure did it my way!  Hoping you chose something fitting as well.

Congrats to you! Now, onward and upward.... keep them fighting words going! :)

I wanted to listen to Pink Floyd... but didn't want to shock the techs... LOL (a 52 year old listening to Pink Floyd)   They have a website that they go to and punch in who you like and then it plays that or similar. I chose James Taylor and it also played Paul Simon, Crosby Stills and Nash, Cat Stevens... Love them all.

This actually will be my second treatment today as they pushed it back one day. Am starting to have some symptoms.. nothing I can't handle...

did anybody have tingling in the arm of the AN side? I also have a herniated disc in my upper neck so could be that flairing up.

Glad to hear you are doing well!  And, as another 52-year old woman, I'd say - tell 'em to crank up Floyd!  ;D Dark Side of the Moon ...

Sher, glad all went well for you and now one down and how many more?  May you heal quickly and may your tumor shrink in fear!  Great music choices, Pink Floyd too!  To heck what others may think, besides maybe they would've liked to hear the Floyd too!
