Title: Cross your fingers, please...
Post by: cindyj on May 27, 2008, 10:54:20 am
I'm going in tomorrow for my D&C, VERY MINOR compared to AN, of course.   But, it's being done as a diagnostic procedure to rule out cancer...yes, rule it out, I say!  I've been sort of waiting for this to be done so I can focus once again on AN treatment.   So, I'm really glad it's time to get it done.  I had this done in October last year, so I know it's a piece of cake.  My excuse to take a nice long nap tomorrow and really get in to the new bookclub book (Thirteenth Tale).

So just keep your fingers crossed for the result that I am fully expecting.  Thanks,

Cindy

Crossing my eyes for you ...can't type with fingers crossed  :)

I will send you hopes of a turn out like mine ... DC and biopsy in January 2007 that ruled out cancer ...
but ended up with hyterectomy in March ...no cancer but other problems and then translab in July...
busy year was  2007 for me...

Rest up afterward and enjoy your  book

I'm crossing my fingers, thinking positive thoughts, and praying for you.

Lori always says I'm an overachiever  :D

Best of luck tomorrow; please let us know how things turn out.

The book is quite good; I'm really liking it.

Enjoy your nap,

Jan

Well, had a good nap and did get a pretty good start on the Thirteenth Tale...procedure was a breeze - won't know anything definitive til next week, but the doctor said all "looked" ok and she doesn't anticipate any surprises.  Just as I suspected, but guess I couldn't ignore it.

Thanks for all the crossed fingers and well wishes!  Especially since this isn't even an AN thing.

Ya'll are great,

Cindy

Glad things went well!!  I've read about 100 pages in the 13th Tale -- seems pretty good so far...

glad to hear your procedure went well.  It's great when things like this are fast and painless  :)

Also good to know that the doc thinks everything looks fine; sounds like a positive thing to me.
