thanks for my morning amusement ;D
What a great way to start my day!
Have to go wake my grumpy daughter now for early morning band practice; she's not a morning person by any stretch of the imagination ::)

Hey, Joe:
Thanks for the cartoon link. Good one!
Modern technology is wonderful but some people are a bit intimidated by it. I think some folks actually fear this kind of thing could happen to them inside an MRI chamber. Knowing this attitude exists is probably what makes the cartoon amusing, especially to us MRI 'veterans'.

That would be much funnier if my ENT wasn't named Dr. Daly! DOH! :o
(It was still funny tho!)

Heads up!
This morning I had e-junk mail related to MRI’s in my in-box. Then I checked my security filter and it was loaded with others with “MRI in the heading or content text. It did not take me long to figure out that the cartoon website, above, I clicked onto yesterday -was able to obtain information from my computer.
If you click on this cartoon link make sure you have all the latest and greatest security protection

Thanks for the laugh. I have a MRI scheduled for tomorrow. I could stand to lose a few pounds so maybe this is the way to go. I usually fall asleep during the MRI as it's one of the few times I can have peace and quiet-though it's not so quiet. It's just no kids, no phone calls and no problems to solve until later.

Mary, I have to admit, I sleep through MRI's as well... great 1 hr naps... btw, LOVE the sig line... got my name all over it: ""well behaved women seldom make history"" Phyl

Loved the cartoon. ;D ;D
I told my MRI tech's that I wanted them to just run me all the way through this thing and then come out the other end all cured of ALL my ills. Just shoot me out the other end like a torpedo and be back to normal!
That cartoon probably made it to a lot of MRI offices.
