Hi Jeff, Thanks for posting that interesting interview about Dr. Hitselberger, he is really a great surgeon. When I had my surgery, my sister asked Dr. Hitselberger how many surgeries he as performed, he looked at my sister real serious and said "Ann's the first one" then we all bust out laughing! He's just an all around nice guy. A very good book to read for anyone who has had AN surgery is "For The World To Hear" a biography of Howard P. House, M.D. by Sidney Hyman. The book mentions many surgeons including Dr. Brackmann. Thanks again, Ann

Hi Ann,
I had surgery at House too. I got to have a nice long chat with Dr. Hitselberger when he put in my spinal drain (l had a CSF leak). He is a cool guy. I read some of the book when I was back at Seton Hall for a checkup - very interesting.
