Title: Temporal Bone CT
Post by: Omaschwannoma on October 09, 2007, 06:29:06 am
My doctor has asked I go for a CT of my temporal bones as he is thinking my problem with oscillopsia could be SCD or superior canal dehiscence.  After my researching this I have to say this could be my problem as my symptoms match.  My question is has anyone here had this test done and if so, please explain what I can expect.  Thanks.

I wasn't sure where to post this so thought I'd start here as perhaps not really AN related.

Arushi,
I had a temporal bone CT as part of pre-surgery testing.  It was similar to having an MRI and no big deal.
Regards,
