Hi all
I have total facial paralysis on both the left and right sides of my face. My question is:
What is the best surgery to improve facial appearance on one side and improve symetry etc?
I had a 4.5cm AN removed from my left side in 1995 which resulted in severe facial paralysis. 10 months ago I had a larger AN removed from my right side which resulted in total facial paralysis. This results in asymetry as my right side is far more 'droopy' etc that my left side. I am considering surgery to improve my right side in terms of tone, lifting the droopiness etc. Movement is not a high priority given my left side paralysis.
Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Hi Peter
You may want to contact a Dr. Richard Goode at Stanford, here's an article that may be of interest to you...
