Title: UCSF versus Phoenix, Mayo Clinic

I'm considering UCSF or the Phoenix, Mayo Clinic for a plan to treat a Vestibular Schwannoma. Does anyone have experience with or recommendations for either facility?

I would include Vanderbilt, Penn Medicine's Center for Cranial Base Surgery, and Johns Hopkins Acoustic Neuroma Center in this comparison (with Dr?).

They all seem to have the most experience (surgery+SRS) in the country and many of them are AN Centers of Excellence.

In my case, it seems the best approach would be Retrosigmoid surgery...so experience pertinent to that approach would be helpful.
