Title: Medicare and PT

I have had PT since Aug 2 for severe balance problems after CK in april.

It has been a slow process, and PT isn't sure if Medicare and AARP supplement will cover any more..

I do need more,  and will ask my neurologist to RX when I see him Jan 11
I am sure he will do it, but

Has anyone had PT denied after this length of time?

Maybe you could call AARP and ask if there is a limit to the amount of PT they will cover? There may be an annual limit, but it’s January and a new year has just started. The amount permitted likely depends on which supplement you have. They should have sent you a book that explains your benefits and limits.
