I start my rehab on Monday :) I'm definitely thinking of you, as you enter the count-down, Sheba! You are smart to make an appointment now with your rehab person - I waited until after I was done with the surgery and they couldn't get me in for a month!

Oh thanks for the tip to schedule ahead -
I will call Monday !!

Maybe you can do some simple things in the mean time, while you wait for your appointment.
There are some good websites and some of it is pretty simple actions like maintaining your gaze at a spot on the wall while turning your head left and right.  Or walking while turning your head side to side.   Just be careful you don't fall !!

I've done one PT session so far. The exercises make me dizzy.but it was helpful to talk to an expert. I will go back for a while after my post op.  My balance is still really not very good. Getting frustrating. But I just need to be patient with it. Probably should walk more too.
