Title: Here is oh slow with ??again..hope you dont mind

I went and got my hearing test results from the last time they tested me..what do i need to do to contact house >>actual films or will the films on cd's work..do I call first..what..I do have the address that someone else posted..Will I need to send any other med records too.thanks

Call 213-483-9930 and they will fill you in on verything you need to do.
