My back has been hurting for some time. I finally went for an MRI (which I HATE) but they saw herniated disc. It is only slight, not bad, no surgery or anything like that. I have been going to PT and am feeling much better! ;D All through my AN stuff I was dealing with the back pain. Glad I have finally got around to dealing with it.
What about you? What else are you dealing with?

Haven't posted in a while. I'm still in watch and wait 5 years now. I have spinal stenosis in the cervical spine. Had an MRI. It came on about a year and a half ago. I was warping my loom to weave a rug and had my neck in a weird position for a long time. Next day tried to do yoga to make it better, lol, big mistake. Anyway, the pain from that was so bad I forgot I even had an acoustic neuroma. I still have to deal with it but have learned to pace myself and what I can and cannot do.
It is part of the reason I think I am going to go with cyberknife. I can't picture my head in some clamp for 6-8 hours on an operating table. I'd be a cripple after that.

Wow. That's going to open up the floodgates.
OK, well, I was dealing with obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol for many years and got a wake up call a year ago when I tipped the scales at 300 pounds.
Since then I've lost 100 pounds, I discontinued the BP medication last October and my cholesterol levels have been normal since last November.
Some of my aches and pains have been relieved quite a bit by the weight loss.
I have 15 to 25 pounds left that I want to lose over the next couple of months.
