Hi,
Just for an FYI, I thought I'd let everyone know I received my 5 year Post CK MRI and Audiogram. The last was 2 years ago. It has shrunk just a tad more from 1.5 x 1.0 x 1.0 to 1.5 x .9 x .9. My hearing has stayed exactly the same. Low frequencies all normal, starts the ski slop at 2000 moderate loss to 8000 mod-severe loss there. It was better than this pre-CK, but I had SHL with swelling 6 weeks afterwards. It came back with steroids but never quite as good in the high frequencies...but still decent. I started wearing a HA in that ear to help my non-AN ear which is severe deaf in all frequencies (virus related).
I have the new fancy schmancy HA's that work together for speech in noise. I hear better than normal hearing people sometimes in noise resaurants, etc. LOL! Anyway..hope all is well.

Hi, Tisha ~
Welcome back and congratulations on the 5-year MRI results! I'm pleased to learn that your hearing, although compromised, is still serviceable with a hearing aid. Thanks for the update.

Can I ask what the fancy schmancy hearing aid is?
Great to hear that your hearing is still reasonable after 5 years
